Product Guarantee Information
It's good to know you can rely on Triton's products...
With all our products manufactured to the highest quality standards we are confident that you will enjoy many years of excellence. However, occasionally even the best-engineered products can sometimes go wrong. That is why at Triton, we offer all our customers a guarantee against defect in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
If your product fails within its guarantee period we will arrange for one of our service engineers to visit you at home to resolve the fault, by repairing or replacing any defective component, using genuine Triton spare parts, free of charge. These parts do not receive any additional cover and are covered for the remaining period of the original product guarantee.

How long is my shower covered for?
The period of free cover depends on the product purchased (effective from the date of purchase). Details are below;
|Digital showers (Satellites)||5 years

|Mixer showers (Excluding Unichrome Humber, Domina, LP, HP and PC mixers)||5 years|
|Unichrome Humber, Domina, LP, HP and PC mixer showers
|Electric showers (mains fed)||2 years

|Bathroom accessories||1 year|
|Shower accessories||1 year|
Please note showers installed in a commercial application have a 1 year statutory guarantee only, except for the Elina range of mixer showers that have a 3 year guarantee
Can I extend my guarantee period?
For added peace of mind, Triton offers the option to extend the standard guarantee period for domestic installations to 3 or 5 years. To do this please register your product, following which you will be given the opportunity to extend your guarantee.
How do I register my product?
You can register your Triton product by simply completing the secure online guarantee registration form or by completing and returning the registration form provided with your shower.
You will need the product code, printed on the guarantee registration form, to register your product
Are there any exclusions or limitations to the guarantee?
Please note a Triton guarantee is only valid for a product purchased and used exclusively in the UK and does not cover any damage or defects arising as a result of;
Normal wear and tear
Wilful or accidental damage
Negligence or misuse or use other than for normal domestic purposes
Failure to follow instructions whether during installation or in operation
Modifications/alterations/servicing and repair other than by an authorised Triton service engineer
