Triton’s after sales service is second to none and we are as dedicated to providing technical support quickly and effectively as we are to developing reliable products.
Key to the success of our service team is our fully trained 100 strong telephone advisors and engineers.

Spare parts availability
Should you require a spare part these can be purchased securely over the phone or via our online spare parts store. If you require further information or advice on our spare parts then either e-mail spare_parts@tritonshowers.co.uk or call the service department on 0844 980 0745
All parts are delivered to an address of your choice and provided they are in stock and ordered before 3.30pm they will be despatched the same day the order is received.
All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail Standard Parcel post unless you desire next working day delivery which you can select at the time of ordering.
Service calls
In the unlikely event of a fault occurring with your shower, we have a nationwide network of trained and experienced service engineers available. Please contact Triton before your installer to arrange a service call. You can arrange an engineer visit whether your shower is in or out of guarantee by clicking here or by calling our service department on 0844 980 0745
Each engineer carries a comprehensive range of genuine Triton spare parts in their van enabling them to repair most faults on the first visit.
