Should you experience a problem with your Triton shower and are unable to contact our Customer Service Department during normal hours of business, service enquiries can be forwarded by the e-mail form in the Enquiries menu selection on the left.

 

Enquiries received via e-mail will be responded to within 8 hours receipt or resumption of normal operating hours.

 

On many occasions unnecessary service visits can be avoided by carrying out a few simple checks. These are detailed on the accompanying diagnostic flow charts.
