Guarantees and Extended Guarantees

All Triton products are manufactured to the highest standards and fully tested before leaving the factory. However, in the unlikely event of the product failing, the following guarantees are offered for domestic use:

 

Electric showers (mains fed) - 2 years
Mixer showers - 3 or 5 years
Pumps and pumped products - 1 year

 

All products are guaranteed for 1 year in commercial applications

 

If the product fails within the guarantee period, Triton will send a service engineer to correct the fault; part and labour being free of charge (NB: product failures due to incorrect installation or misuse are not covered and a call out charge will be payable if an engineer attends)

 

Extended Guarantees

For added peace of mind, Triton offers the option to extend the standard guarantee for domestic installations to 3 or 5 years.
