Before specifying a particular model of shower it is essential to ensure it will be suitable for the application and compatible with the water system in the property.

How the Specification Advisory Service works
Triton's Specification Advisory Service is a blend of pre- and post-sales services which puts specifiers in touch with exactly the right advice at every stage of a project.

 

This enhanced service brings together the Technical Sales Team with the Technical Engineers working in the field and ensures anyone specifying a Triton product for multi appliance sites has the support of our experts from beginning to end.

 

The in-house Technical Team can resolve problems with multiple shower specifications and where appropriate establish a full project support plan which would include:-

 

  1. Technical Engineers site visits to review and assess the site conditions and make recommendations as to which products should be specified
  2. On site pre-installation training for the team of contracted installers completely free of charge

To assist the process of specifying products for commercial and multiple installations a specification enquiry form detailing project requirements can be forwarded to the Specification Advisory Service who will be able to advise on suitable products and support for the project
