Triton dispatched the order very promptly on both occasions. The courier failed to deliver the first one, so Triton reimbursed me promptly so that I could reorder. The courier managed to deliver the second one after a delay of only a couple of days.

Temperature control works much better than the one it replaced [ same model]. this one came with a shower head which appears to reduce the flow rate and when it is switched off drains the head which will hopefully result in less black deposits on the head.

I had a problem initially as I had paid for a 1 year extension to my guarantee and all details showed only 2 years. I rang the service department and a very helpful lady is sending me hard copies by post which are yet to arrive

The carrier damaged the original order and returned it to Triton. I was not informed of this by the carrier. When I phoned Triton to chase delivery, they instantly sent me another on express delivery. 10 out of 10 for Triton, 0 out of 10 for the carrier (again)

The customer service at Triton is excellent. It’s refreshing to be able to call a company and actually speak to a human being! The lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful and offered sound advice.
The returns procedure was easy to navigate and I have now received a full refund.

Made a order online for a part for my triton shower, the thermal switch had failed so needed a new one ASAP. Delivered within a couple of days so everything back up and running again. Good products, good service and delivery was spot on.

Contacted Triton with a model in mind. Staff advised me of another model that they thought would be better for me. They were bang-on. Only quibble is the amount of time spent trying to speak to an advisor.

I spoke to a staff member about my order, before making it, as I wanted to reassure myself that the replacement parts ordered were compatible with my shower. This was a very helpful discussion. Once ordered online the parts arrived very quickly and were well packaged.

Ordered a stabiliser solenoid/flow control valve which arrived as promised but when fitted, allowed water to pass when the solenoid was deactivated (just a drip but not acceptable). Contacted the sales team and told them the problem. Response; immediately put another valve out for delivery, no problem.
