Triton and Zoë's Place Baby Hospice
We are delighted to be supporting Zoë's Place Baby Hospice.
Zoë’s Place is an independent registered charity which opened in 2011 to offer palliative, respite and end of life care to babies and infants from birth to five years suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. The devoted nursing staff provide assistance seven days a week in a homely environment. The centre also features a tranquil garden space, a stimulating sensory room and organises play sessions tailored to each child.
Compassion is at the heart of the organisation and there is no cost to the families, so continuous fundraising is crucial.
As part of our charity partnership with Zoë's Place, we will regularly be getting actively involved in exciting fundraising activities, to help the hospice generate the funds it requires to continue providing these essential facilities. Our Christmas 2017 fundraising activities raised over £4,000 for Zoë's Place, beating the £1,500 target to pay for a year of Sensory Therapy Swim sessions.
We hope you will join us in supporting the excellent efforts of Zoë's Place.
