Web site easy to navigate secure payments arrived on time part as described only criticism is part had no seals and i couldn't find any reference to their size as one was damaged and needed replacing. (Plumbers merchant sorted replacement)

Easy to get the part and not to difficult to fit. But I was willing to give it a go. I can only imagine how many people lose a fair bit of money getting a plumber in or getting a new shower and a plumber.

Temperature control works much better than the one it replaced [ same model]. this one came with a shower head which appears to reduce the flow rate and when it is switched off drains the head which will hopefully result in less black deposits on the head.

Made a order online for a part for my triton shower, the thermal switch had failed so needed a new one ASAP. Delivered within a couple of days so everything back up and running again. Good products, good service and delivery was spot on.

Part required urgently, received replacement next day. Have purchase 6 Triton showers over 30 years, it is the first time a Solenoid Valve Assembly has failed. Not sure if 5 years is a reasonable life expectancy for T80si shower but that's my experience. Have extended the life of 3 by purchasing serviceable parts.

The order was taken and acknowledged efficiently online, as you would expect. Based on previous experiences with the delivery company (Evri), I chose to have the product delivered to a Post Office instead of my property. This added 5 days on to the delivery date (don't know why).

I had a problem initially as I had paid for a 1 year extension to my guarantee and all details showed only 2 years. I rang the service department and a very helpful lady is sending me hard copies by post which are yet to arrive

The service received from the service team was exceptional exceptional. It took several emails to finally locate the PRD and was finally found using a video call. Everyone was patient and understanding 10/10
