The customer service at Triton is excellent. It’s refreshing to be able to call a company and actually speak to a human being! The lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful and offered sound advice. The returns procedure was easy to navigate and I have now received a full refund.

Web site easy to navigate secure payments arrived on time part as described only criticism is part had no seals and i couldn't find any reference to their size as one was damaged and needed replacing. (Plumbers merchant sorted replacement)

Service and delivery spot on I'm a stickler for genuine and to look how we 1st bought the shower etc, the soap tray itself is a little flimsy and brittle. Also for what it is rather expensive for a small plastic tray but if you want originality then that's the price you pay

The carrier damaged the original order and returned it to Triton. I was not informed of this by the carrier. When I phoned Triton to chase delivery, they instantly sent me another on express delivery. 10 out of 10 for Triton, 0 out of 10 for the carrier (again)

The service I received from the staff at Triton was first class We had a few problems to sort out with my order But they were caused by the carrier delivering my order to the wrong address twice but between us we resolved the problem thanks to the staff at Triton customer service department

It was easy to buy the shower online, but when it arrived I was not impressed with the box, as it was damaged and easlly opened at the bottom, plus it was taped at the top. I could not call the delivery person back, as the parcel was dropped against my door, they knocked and ran. All of the parts were there, and it seems to work ok.

The service received from the service team was exceptional exceptional. It took several emails to finally locate the PRD and was finally found using a video call. Everyone was patient and understanding 10/10

Part required urgently, received replacement next day. Have purchase 6 Triton showers over 30 years, it is the first time a Solenoid Valve Assembly has failed. Not sure if 5 years is a reasonable life expectancy for T80si shower but that's my experience. Have extended the life of 3 by purchasing serviceable parts.

The parts store on the website is simple to navigate and easy to order from. Deliver time was as described and part(s) arrived perfectly. The added instruction manual was a brilliant touch, providing a step by step guide to fixing the issue. Not seen this kind of service with spare parts before, so it was much welcomed.

What is a DuElec® Shower?
Is a shower with 2 shower heads which you can switch between or even use together, these are a fixed head or a handheld one. This configuration is then used with an electric shower, which is a shower that heats cold water up on demand and only requires a cold mains feed.
Is the cold shower setting instant from a hot shower setting?
There will be a very small time delay as the hot water is flushed from a the heater can and the system, but this will be minimal, but it will depend on the time of year, power rating, pipe run from the Tri-Hub® to the controller and desired hot water showering temperature when the setting is changed.
Can this shower be used in a bath?
Yes this unit could be installed over a bath.
Is it easy to fit?
The installation is very similar to a standard electric shower, it is just the Tri-Hub® is installed in a different location, for example an airing cupboard or loft and therefore the water pipe and electric cable would run from the Tri-Hub® to the showering area, this is the own real difference. And constant feedback we have is how easy the installation is.
How many profiles can be set?
There are up to 6 user profiles.
Are rainfall shower heads better?
Really depends on the user, some prefer the hand held but some prefer the overhead. It also depends on what type of shower you are wanting if it is a pampering session or a quick morning wake up. But with the DuElec® you have the choice of both, whatever you prefer.
Where do you store the heating element?
The heater element is part of the Tri-hub which can be installed in a different location to the shower as long as it is within 10m as this is the length of the data cable which connects the controller to the Tri-Hub®.
