Received an error code with your ENlight® product?
In the event that a fault is detected, an error message will be displayed on the ENlight® display.
The table below provides guidance on what to do next if a particular error message is displayed. If any further assistance is required, please contact Triton Customer Experience.

Solution (other than contact Triton CX) |
OverTemp | This message appears if the outlet temperature has reached an excessive temperature. | Isolate the power to the product, wait for 10 seconds, then resupply the power. Then try using the product again. |
Low Flow | This message appears if the incoming flow has dropped to an unacceptably low value whilst showering. | Check the incoming water supply for the product. Ensure that the outlet is not restricted. |
Fault 1 | This message appears if the power relay has failed. | Please contact Triton Customer Experience. |
Fault 2 | This message appears if the outlet thermistor is not detected. | Isolate the power to the product, wait for 10 seconds, then resupply the power. Then try using the product again. |
Fault 3 | This message appears if a short circuit has been dectected in the outlet thermistor. | Isolate the power to the product, wait for 10 seconds, then resupply the power. Then try using the product again. |
Fault 4 | This message appears if the heater can thermistor is not detected. | Isolate the power to the product, wait for 10 seconds, then resupply the power. Then try using the product again. |
Fault 5 | This message appears if a short circuit has been dectected in the heater can thermistor. | Isolate the power to the product, wait for 10 seconds, then resupply the power. Then try using the product again. |
Faul 6 | This message appears if one of the relays has reached an excessive temperature. | Isolate the power to the product, wait for 10 minutes to allow the relay to cool down, then resupply the power and try using the product again. |
Fault 7 | This message appears if one of the relays has reached an excessive temperature on three occasions. | Please contact Triton Customer Experience. |
Fault 8 | Pressure switch has failed. | Please contact Triton Customer Experience. |
