Heater Can Assembly

Would be excellent but could not find a telephone number to speak to anyone as we live very close to the factory and wondered if we could pick up the shower ourselves to save waiting (and paying) for delivery

Quality of service is only determined if something goes wrong. A part was missing and Triton organised the the part to be sent the next day without me having to chase them. Therefore service was excellent.

Triton dispatched the order very promptly on both occasions. The courier failed to deliver the first one, so Triton reimbursed me promptly so that I could reorder. The courier managed to deliver the second one after a delay of only a couple of days.

Needed a solenoid valve to fix my t80 shower. Unfortunately, triton sent me the wrong part initially. However, they very quickly rectified their mistake by sending the correct part next day delivery, so overall happy with the service. Shower now back in action.

Temperature control works much better than the one it replaced [ same model]. this one came with a shower head which appears to reduce the flow rate and when it is switched off drains the head which will hopefully result in less black deposits on the head.

The service was excellent. Delivered on time, the engineer Was very polite. Wore shoe covers so as to keep my floor clean. Very clean job. Took all the packaging & old shower away. A very pleasant man

Ordered on a Thursday using Tritons next day delivery (paid for) arrived next day, I had telephoned Triton regarding fitting to replace a previous Triton shower and they advised me that the power and water were in the same place but I would have to use new screw holes which were hidden.

Needing a replacement shower For a failing twenty year old unit I went onto Triton's website and found a tool to suggest the modern replacement. It took 5 minutes to find one,order it and it was delivered the next day. Changing the shower took 15 minutes. Would recommend the company for both the longevity of its products and the ongoing support.

Very easy to find the part required from their website. Ordering was straightforward, as was payment and delivery options. Took a couple of days to receive, which was ok. Packaging was just an unpadded bag, which was odd, given it was a sensor, so presumable sensitive. Surprised it wasn't in a small box.

Part required urgently, received replacement next day. Have purchase 6 Triton showers over 30 years, it is the first time a Solenoid Valve Assembly has failed. Not sure if 5 years is a reasonable life expectancy for T80si shower but that's my experience. Have extended the life of 3 by purchasing serviceable parts.
