Heater Can Assembly 8.5kW

I ordered a couple of components for our shower and found the Triton website to be very straightforward and user friendly. Quickly identified the parts I needed and ordering couldn’t have been any easier. They arrived as stated within the timeframe and it was as easy as that.

Part required urgently, received replacement next day. Have purchase 6 Triton showers over 30 years, it is the first time a Solenoid Valve Assembly has failed. Not sure if 5 years is a reasonable life expectancy for T80si shower but that's my experience. Have extended the life of 3 by purchasing serviceable parts.

Triton dispatched the order very promptly on both occasions. The courier failed to deliver the first one, so Triton reimbursed me promptly so that I could reorder. The courier managed to deliver the second one after a delay of only a couple of days.

service IS VERY GOOD. IT IS BETTER IF ANY INQERIES RAISED VIA E-MAIL IS ANSWERED SOON BY A STAND BY SERVICE PROVIDER. THE TELEPHONE NUMBER GIVEN FOR INQUERIES IS NOT RESPONDING. IN CONCLUTION SPEEADY RESPONSE AND PROFESIONAL PACKING WILL MAKE THE TRITO PRODUCT TO A WORLD CLASS LEVEL.

The shower I ordered was delivered promptly. When I fitted the shower I found one of the blanking covers was wrong. (Two left handed covers instead of a left and right) I emailed Triton which was on a bank Holiday weekend. They contacted me first thing on the next working day and immediately sent the missing part.

Excellent. I called to discuss the issue. Spoke to a real person who listened snd asked for a video snd photos. Within a couple of days they advised me what needed replacing. Replacement ordered snd delivered promptly. All fixed! Couldn’t ask for better service.

Contacted Triton with a model in mind. Staff advised me of another model that they thought would be better for me. They were bang-on. Only quibble is the amount of time spent trying to speak to an advisor.

I had a problem initially as I had paid for a 1 year extension to my guarantee and all details showed only 2 years. I rang the service department and a very helpful lady is sending me hard copies by post which are yet to arrive

Ordered on a Thursday using Tritons next day delivery (paid for) arrived next day, I had telephoned Triton regarding fitting to replace a previous Triton shower and they advised me that the power and water were in the same place but I would have to use new screw holes which were hidden.

Temperature control works much better than the one it replaced [ same model]. this one came with a shower head which appears to reduce the flow rate and when it is switched off drains the head which will hopefully result in less black deposits on the head.
