Please read this agreement carefully before using this site. It represent the terms and conditions for using Triton's website, ordering goods from it and for obtaining a service repair.
This section provides you with quick and easy access to all our our installation guides. Simply browse through our shower categories to identify your product or enter a shower name.
With all our products manufactured to the highest quality standards we are confident that you will enjoy many years of excellence. However, occasionally even the best-engineered products can sometimes go wrong. That is why at Triton, we offer all our customers a guarantee against defect in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

What are cookies used for?
The main purposes for which cookies are used are:-
1. For technical purposes essential to effective operation of website, particularly in relation to on-line transactions.
2. To enable Triton Showers to collect information about the browsing and shopping habits and activities of customers, including to monitor the success of campaigns, competitions etc.

What happens if I disable cookies?
This depends on which cookies you disable, but in general the site may not operate properly if cookies are switched off.
As the UK’s market leading shower manufacturer, we make the safety and quality of our products a priority and we continually monitor the performance of all our products. To ensure we notify you in the event of any issue on our products, please ensure you register your Triton Shower here.
Safety Notice – Safeguard⁺
It has come to our attention that under very rare circumstances and in a very small number of cases, a part of the electronic circuit board of the Safeguard+ shower may overheat, degrade and, if the shower is left running for prolonged periods, may ultimately lead the unit casing to melt.
Only this model of Safeguard+ is affected:
Affected units start with the product code CSGP0 and have a date code stamp between 05/14 (May 2014) to 12/16 (December 2016). This date code is on the product rating label located on the underside of the product. [see image below]
If you believe you have a Safeguard+ affected please contact our Service team on free phone 0800 0154145.
We will then (if required) arrange a mutually agreeable time for a Triton engineer to call and carry out a safety inspections to check and correct any issues. This visit would be free of charge, will be undertaken by one of our qualified engineers and it should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.

Please note, this Safety Notice is entirely precautionary. Any heat build up occurs gradually and is noticeable with a distinct overheating smell. The Safeguard+ shower can continue to be used, although until an inspection has been completed please ensure vulnerable people are not left showering alone, and that the user instructions continue to be fully followed.
