Service Engineering Scheduler
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Triton Showers Customer Service department as a Service Engineering Scheduler, based at our offices in Nuneaton.
As the UK’s market and brand leader in showers, Triton continues to grow and is therefore looking for an experienced individual, to assist our current service team to ensure our engineering team are optimised to their full potential.
The role requires an individual with excellent customer service skills, who is enthusiastic, adaptable and has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, to join the Customer Service Team.
A keen eye to the finer detail and an advanced geographical knowledge of the UK would greatly compliment this role.
As a minimum the successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good, Clear telephone manner
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK
- Ability to communicate with field-based personnel and internal teams.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, predominantly Outlook and Excel
- Scheduling: 2 years (Required)
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
We operate in a fast paced, forever changing industry and our business moves with this model. With changes to daily schedules taking place regularly throughout the working day this role demands an individual with a can-do attitude and a positive nature.
The working week will be 35¼ hours based on 9.00 am - 5.00 pm from Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am – 4.00 pm on Fridays.
