Can the electricity supply to the Satellites digital shower be taken from the lighting circuit in the loft?

The Satellites mixing unit is rated at 5 amps and must be taken from a local ring or radial circuit supplying socket outlets or a direct supply from the consumer unit with fused protection at 5 amps.The mixing unit must not be connected to the lighting circuit.
