I have a Satellites LP digital shower, it has worked fine for a few days and now after pressing the start button it keeps stopping after a few seconds. Is there anything I should check before arranging a service call?

Satellites digital showers provide thermostatic control of the showering temperature and if there is a loss of either the cold or hot supply the unit will switch off to prevent the delivery of uncomfortable hot or cold water. It will not be possible to resume showering until both hot and cold water supplies are restored. Things to check: Are filters blocked? Is there air in either the hot or cold supply pipes?
