I have installed a Satellites HP digital shower on a combi boiler system. When I turn it on the water coming out of the shower head has the appearance of pulsating slightly. Is there anything I should check before contacting Customer Service?

Check that the boiler is capable of providing a minimum hot water temperature of 52C at a minimum of 8 litres per minute flow rate as detailed in the fitting instructions. Check this at the kitchen sink hot water tap. Also, check that the running water pressure through the shower is within the 1 to 5 bar operating requirement.
