Leona Concentric Mixer Shower

I spoke to a staff member about my order, before making it, as I wanted to reassure myself that the replacement parts ordered were compatible with my shower. This was a very helpful discussion. Once ordered online the parts arrived very quickly and were well packaged.

Fast reliable tracked delivery which was appreciated. I contacted the helpline chat and by email to get advice on which kW I should choose to replace my old shower and both services were very useful although the email response time is a bit slow.

service IS VERY GOOD. IT IS BETTER IF ANY INQERIES RAISED VIA E-MAIL IS ANSWERED SOON BY A STAND BY SERVICE PROVIDER. THE TELEPHONE NUMBER GIVEN FOR INQUERIES IS NOT RESPONDING. IN CONCLUTION SPEEADY RESPONSE AND PROFESIONAL PACKING WILL MAKE THE TRITO PRODUCT TO A WORLD CLASS LEVEL.

It was easy to buy the shower online, but when it arrived I was not impressed with the box, as it was damaged and easlly opened at the bottom, plus it was taped at the top. I could not call the delivery person back, as the parcel was dropped against my door, they knocked and ran. All of the parts were there, and it seems to work ok.

Contacted Triton with a model in mind. Staff advised me of another model that they thought would be better for me. They were bang-on. Only quibble is the amount of time spent trying to speak to an advisor.

When the shower arrived it was missing parts But with one phone call to triton and I spoke to Mandy, explained the problem and was sorted and I collected the parts as I was installing the shower at the weekend. Thank you for all your help Mandy.

Service excellent as by mistake I ordered wrong wattage but it was returned free of charge and very easily, it was picked up from my home they even printed returns ticket. Then replacement ordered. It came quickly.

Ordered a stabiliser solenoid/flow control valve which arrived as promised but when fitted, allowed water to pass when the solenoid was deactivated (just a drip but not acceptable). Contacted the sales team and told them the problem. Response; immediately put another valve out for delivery, no problem. Great customer service, thanks.

The carrier damaged the original order and returned it to Triton. I was not informed of this by the carrier. When I phoned Triton to chase delivery, they instantly sent me another on express delivery. 10 out of 10 for Triton, 0 out of 10 for the carrier (again)
