Avocet Place, a new build residential development by family run housebuilder and developer, Scott Residential, is a unique collection of 45 individually designed bungalows based in a scenic, rural location in Colchester, Essex. To ensure it could accommodate the demands of multigenerational living, a reliable and flexible showering solution was required. Taking this into consideration Scott’s chose Triton Omnicare Design Thermostatic Electric Shower for their adaptations works.

With the shift in household demographics, such as the younger generation opting to live at home for longer and the elderly increasingly moving back in with their adult children, Scott Residential wanted to ensure its bungalows at Avocet Place catered for all. Steve concluded: “We’re seeing more people downsizing as they grow older, but we also recognise that households are made up of people of all ages.
