Easy to source a replacement shower for my now obsolete model and place the order. Price and delivery times were pretty good. Would be a 5 star review but the package turned up damaged though contents were fine.

It was easy to buy the shower online, but when it arrived I was not impressed with the box, as it was damaged and easlly opened at the bottom, plus it was taped at the top. I could not call the delivery person back, as the parcel was dropped against my door, they knocked and ran. All of the parts were there, and it seems to work ok.

Ordered a stabiliser solenoid/flow control valve which arrived as promised but when fitted, allowed water to pass when the solenoid was deactivated (just a drip but not acceptable). Contacted the sales team and told them the problem. Response; immediately put another valve out for delivery, no problem. Great customer service, thanks.

Sadly only one was sent although I had ordered two and paid for next day delivery.. One arrived 48 hrs latter , after phoning the company the matter was dealt with and the other arrived the following day

Fast reliable tracked delivery which was appreciated. I contacted the helpline chat and by email to get advice on which kW I should choose to replace my old shower and both services were very useful although the email response time is a bit slow.

Web site easy to navigate secure payments arrived on time part as described only criticism is part had no seals and i couldn't find any reference to their size as one was damaged and needed replacing. (Plumbers merchant sorted replacement)

The order was taken and acknowledged efficiently online, as you would expect. Based on previous experiences with the delivery company (Evri), I chose to have the product delivered to a Post Office instead of my property. This added 5 days on to the delivery date (don't know why).

The customer service at Triton is excellent. It’s refreshing to be able to call a company and actually speak to a human being! The lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful and offered sound advice. The returns procedure was easy to navigate and I have now received a full refund.
