Easy to source a replacement shower for my now obsolete model and place the order. Price and delivery times were pretty good. Would be a 5 star review but the package turned up damaged though contents were fine.

Online order. No problem. Research the Triton website to ensure that your new shower will fit onto your existing utilities. Ask a professional if you are unsure about electrical rating of your shower circuit.

I had a problem initially as I had paid for a 1 year extension to my guarantee and all details showed only 2 years. I rang the service department and a very helpful lady is sending me hard copies by post which are yet to arrive

Sadly only one was sent although I had ordered two and paid for next day delivery.. One arrived 48 hrs latter , after phoning the company the matter was dealt with and the other arrived the following day

Web site easy to navigate secure payments arrived on time part as described only criticism is part had no seals and i couldn't find any reference to their size as one was damaged and needed replacing. (Plumbers merchant sorted replacement)

Fabulous experience with the contact at Triton Showers.Immediate response to my initial email just to acknowledge receipt and that my query would be dealt with promptly.Having investigated my issue,their response was totally satisfactory,prompt and refreshingly professional and courteous.A first class experience.

It was easy to buy the shower online, but when it arrived I was not impressed with the box, as it was damaged and easlly opened at the bottom, plus it was taped at the top. I could not call the delivery person back, as the parcel was dropped against my door, they knocked and ran. All of the parts were there, and it seems to work ok.

Excellent service. The products were easy to find on the website just by searching for the shower model we have. The items I ordered were packaged well and dispatched quickly. 5 minute job and our shower is good as new! Highly recommend buying original replacement parts.

Contacted Triton with a model in mind. Staff advised me of another model that they thought would be better for me. They were bang-on. Only quibble is the amount of time spent trying to speak to an advisor.
