T80SR Pumped Electric Shower

The customer service at Triton is excellent. It’s refreshing to be able to call a company and actually speak to a human being! The lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful and offered sound advice. The returns procedure was easy to navigate and I have now received a full refund.

It was easy to buy the shower online, but when it arrived I was not impressed with the box, as it was damaged and easlly opened at the bottom, plus it was taped at the top. I could not call the delivery person back, as the parcel was dropped against my door, they knocked and ran. All of the parts were there, and it seems to work ok.

Web site easy to navigate secure payments arrived on time part as described only criticism is part had no seals and i couldn't find any reference to their size as one was damaged and needed replacing. (Plumbers merchant sorted replacement)

The service I received from the staff at Triton was first class We had a few problems to sort out with my order But they were caused by the carrier delivering my order to the wrong address twice but between us we resolved the problem thanks to the staff at Triton customer service department

When the shower arrived it was missing parts But with one phone call to triton and I spoke to Mandy, explained the problem and was sorted and I collected the parts as I was installing the shower at the weekend. Thank you for all your help Mandy.

I spoke to a staff member about my order, before making it, as I wanted to reassure myself that the replacement parts ordered were compatible with my shower. This was a very helpful discussion. Once ordered online the parts arrived very quickly and were well packaged.

The carrier damaged the original order and returned it to Triton. I was not informed of this by the carrier. When I phoned Triton to chase delivery, they instantly sent me another on express delivery. 10 out of 10 for Triton, 0 out of 10 for the carrier (again)

Made a order online for a part for my triton shower, the thermal switch had failed so needed a new one ASAP. Delivered within a couple of days so everything back up and running again. Good products, good service and delivery was spot on.

Easy to source a replacement shower for my now obsolete model and place the order. Price and delivery times were pretty good. Would be a 5 star review but the package turned up damaged though contents were fine.
