The parts store on the website is simple to navigate and easy to order from. Deliver time was as described and part(s) arrived perfectly. The added instruction manual was a brilliant touch, providing a step by step guide to fixing the issue.
Not seen this kind of service with spare parts before, so it was much welcomed.

The carrier damaged the original order and returned it to Triton. I was not informed of this by the carrier. When I phoned Triton to chase delivery, they instantly sent me another on express delivery. 10 out of 10 for Triton, 0 out of 10 for the carrier (again)

Part required urgently, received replacement next day.
Have purchase 6 Triton showers over 30 years, it is the first time a Solenoid Valve Assembly has failed. Not sure if 5 years is a reasonable life expectancy for T80si shower but that's my experience. Have extended the life of 3 by purchasing serviceable parts.

I had a problem initially as I had paid for a 1 year extension to my guarantee and all details showed only 2 years. I rang the service department and a very helpful lady is sending me hard copies by post which are yet to arrive

Contacted Triton with a model in mind. Staff advised me of another model that they thought would be better for me. They were bang-on. Only quibble is the amount of time spent trying to speak to an advisor.

Fabulous experience with the contact at Triton Showers.Immediate response to my initial email just to acknowledge receipt and that my query would be dealt with promptly.Having investigated my issue,their response was totally satisfactory,prompt and refreshingly professional and courteous.A first class experience.

Web site easy to navigate secure payments arrived on time part as described only criticism is part had no seals and i couldn't find any reference to their size as one was damaged and needed replacing. (Plumbers merchant sorted replacement)

Easy to get the part and not to difficult to fit. But I was willing to give it a go. I can only imagine how many people lose a fair bit of money getting a plumber in or getting a new shower and a plumber.

The order was taken and acknowledged efficiently online, as you would expect. Based on previous experiences with the delivery company (Evri), I chose to have the product delivered to a Post Office instead of my property. This added 5 days on to the delivery date (don't know why).

The service received from the service team was exceptional exceptional. It took several emails to finally locate the PRD and was finally found using a video call. Everyone was patient and understanding 10/10
