Thermal Cut Out & Screw Assembly

Ordered on a Thursday using Tritons next day delivery (paid for) arrived next day, I had telephoned Triton regarding fitting to replace a previous Triton shower and they advised me that the power and water were in the same place but I would have to use new screw holes which were hidden.

The shower I ordered was delivered promptly. When I fitted the shower I found one of the blanking covers was wrong. (Two left handed covers instead of a left and right) I emailed Triton which was on a bank Holiday weekend. They contacted me first thing on the next working day and immediately sent the missing part.

Easy to get the part and not to difficult to fit. But I was willing to give it a go. I can only imagine how many people lose a fair bit of money getting a plumber in or getting a new shower and a plumber.

Very easy to find the part required from their website. Ordering was straightforward, as was payment and delivery options. Took a couple of days to receive, which was ok. Packaging was just an unpadded bag, which was odd, given it was a sensor, so presumable sensitive. Surprised it wasn't in a small box.

Excellent. I called to discuss the issue. Spoke to a real person who listened snd asked for a video snd photos. Within a couple of days they advised me what needed replacing. Replacement ordered snd delivered promptly. All fixed! Couldn’t ask for better service.

Needing a replacement shower For a failing twenty year old unit I went onto Triton's website and found a tool to suggest the modern replacement. It took 5 minutes to find one, order it and it was delivered the next day. Changing the shower took 15 minutes. Would recommend the company for both the longevity of its products and the ongoing support.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I highly recommend this excellent seller. Their communication is very good. Fast parcel delivery, careful and thoughtful packaging. Item purchase arrived undamaged and as described. I’m very happy, thank you.????????????????????

The service was excellent. Delivered on time, the engineer Was very polite. Wore shoe covers so as to keep my floor clean. Very clean job. Took all the packaging & old shower away. A very pleasant man

Part required urgently, received replacement next day. Have purchase 6 Triton showers over 30 years, it is the first time a Solenoid Valve Assembly has failed. Not sure if 5 years is a reasonable life expectancy for T80si shower but that's my experience. Have extended the life of 3 by purchasing serviceable parts.

Temperature control works much better than the one it replaced [ same model]. this one came with a shower head which appears to reduce the flow rate and when it is switched off drains the head which will hopefully result in less black deposits on the head.
