Fast reliable tracked delivery which was appreciated. I contacted the helpline chat and by email to get advice on which kW I should choose to replace my old shower and both services were very useful although the email response time is a bit slow.

I spoke to a staff member about my order, before making it, as I wanted to reassure myself that the replacement parts ordered were compatible with my shower. This was a very helpful discussion. Once ordered online the parts arrived very quickly and were well packaged.

Sadly only one was sent although I had ordered two and paid for next day delivery.. One arrived 48 hrs latter , after phoning the company the matter was dealt with and the other arrived the following day

Web site easy to navigate secure payments arrived on time part as described only criticism is part had no seals and i couldn't find any reference to their size as one was damaged and needed replacing. (Plumbers merchant sorted replacement)

It was easy to buy the shower online, but when it arrived I was not impressed with the box, as it was damaged and easlly opened at the bottom, plus it was taped at the top. I could not call the delivery person back, as the parcel was dropped against my door, they knocked and ran. All of the parts were there, and it seems to work ok.

The customer service at Triton is excellent. It’s refreshing to be able to call a company and actually speak to a human being! The lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful and offered sound advice. The returns procedure was easy to navigate and I have now received a full refund.

Service and delivery spot on I'm a stickler for genuine and to look how we 1st bought the shower etc, the soap tray itself is a little flimsy and brittle. Also for what it is rather expensive for a small plastic tray but if you want originality then that's the price you pay

The carrier damaged the original order and returned it to Triton. I was not informed of this by the carrier. When I phoned Triton to chase delivery, they instantly sent me another on express delivery. 10 out of 10 for Triton, 0 out of 10 for the carrier (again)
