The added instruction manual was a brilliant touch, providing a step by step guide to fixing the issue. Not seen this kind of service with spare parts before, so it was much welcomed.

Temperature control works much better than the one it replaced [ same model]. this one came with a shower head which appears to reduce the flow rate and when it is switched off drains the head which will hopefully result in less black deposits on the head.
