Delivery and Returns

All orders are delivered using a tracked courier service;

 

EVRi Delivery

Express: Receive your item the next working day via tracked courier. (when ordering before 1.30pm Mon-Fri)

Standard: Receive your item within 2 working days via tracked courier.

 

*Please note working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Delivery times may at times be slightly longer than those stated above due to unexpected delays that are out of our control e.g. adverse weather conditions, courier delays etc..

 

Delivery is available to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Please see below for any additional charges you may incur for delivery to remote postcode areas.

Unfortunately due to the size of certain items, orders including more than 2 'bulky' items (e.g. showers or shower kits) will incur extra charges. The extra charges are detailed in the table below.

Returning an item

If you want to return any of your order, you can do within 30 days of receipt as long as it is in a re-saleable condition and not used or damaged in any way.

If you have purchased a shower and it's been fitted please call our UK Customer Experience team on 02476 372 222. The team can help troubleshoot any issues and arrange on of our local Triton Showers engineers to visit you, if required. 

Royal Mail Returns

  • Return through your local Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point in over 12,500 locations

  • No printer required, simply create a QR code by clicking the link and follow the instructions

  • Your return will be processed in approximately 7 working days

Before proceeding with your return

I acknowledge that returns made after 30 days cannot be processed, as they fall outside Triton's returns policy. Due to the high volume of goods handled daily, I accept that Triton cannot guarantee the return of any goods I return outside of policy and will not be liable for any consequential losses.
