Product guarantees

With all our products manufactured to the highest quality standards we are confident that you will enjoy many years of excellence. However, occasionally even the best-engineered products can sometimes go wrong. That is why at Triton, we offer all our customers a guarantee against defect in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

If your product fails within its guarantee period we will arrange for one of our service engineers to visit you at home to resolve the fault, by repairing or replacing any defective component, using genuine Triton spare parts, free of charge. These parts are not covered separately, but are included in the remaining period of the original product guarantee.

How long is my shower covered for?

The period of free cover depends on the product purchased (effective from the date of purchase). Details are below;

Digital showers (HOST & HOME) 5 years
Digital showers (T300si)  2 years
Mixer showers (excluding Humber, Domina, LP, HP and PC mixers) 5 years
Bathroom taps  5 years
ENVi® Electric Showers 3 years
Electric showers (mains fed) 2 years
Power showers  1 year
Pumped electric showers  1 year
Pumps  1 year
Handwash Units & Water Heaters (Instaflow/T30i) 1 year
Shower accessories 1 year
Clearance* 1 year

 

*All clearance products carry a one year parts and labour guarantee, and have limited spare parts availability. When this occurs, we will, where possible, provide a suitable alternative but will not be responsible for any re-installation costs. All clearance products will not be eligible for an Extended Warranty.

 

Can I extend my guarantee period?

For added peace of mind, we offer the option to extend the standard guarantee period for domestic installations to 3 or 5 years. To do this please register your product online with us, following which you will be given the opportunity to extend your guarantee. Are there any exclusions or limitations to the guarantee?

Your guarantee is only valid for a product purchased and used exclusively in the UK. It does not cover any damage or defects arising as a result of;

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Wilful or accidental damage
  • Negligence or misuse or use other than for normal domestic purposes
  • Failure to follow instructions whether during installation or in operation
  • Careless handling/modifications/alterations/servicing and repair other than by an authorised Triton service engineer
