Scale Trap Cover

Triton dispatched the order very promptly on both occasions. The courier failed to deliver the first one, so Triton reimbursed me promptly so that I could reorder. The courier managed to deliver the second one after a delay of only a couple of days.

Ordered on a Thursday using Tritons next day delivery (paid for) arrived next day, I had telephoned Triton regarding fitting to replace a previous Triton shower and they advised me that the power and water were in the same place but I would have to use new screw holes which were hidden.

Part required urgently, received replacement next day. Have purchase 6 Triton showers over 30 years, it is the first time a Solenoid Valve Assembly has failed. Not sure if 5 years is a reasonable life expectancy for T80si shower but that's my experience. Have extended the life of 3 by purchasing serviceable parts.

Quality of service is only determined if something goes wrong. A part was missing and Triton organised the the part to be sent the next day without me having to chase them. Therefore service was excellent.

Temperature control works much better than the one it replaced [ same model]. this one came with a shower head which appears to reduce the flow rate and when it is switched off drains the head which will hopefully result in less black deposits on the head.

Web site easy to navigate secure payments arrived on time part as described only criticism is part had no seals and i couldn't find any reference to their size as one was damaged and needed replacing. (Plumbers merchant sorted replacement)

The shower I ordered was delivered promptly. When I fitted the shower I found one of the blanking covers was wrong. (Two left handed covers instead of a left and right) I emailed Triton which was on a bank Holiday weekend. They contacted me first thing on the next working day and immediately sent the missing part.

The service was excellent. Delivered on time, the engineer Was very polite. Wore shoe covers so as to keep my floor clean. Very clean job. Took all the packaging & old shower away. A very pleasant man

Needed a solenoid valve to fix my t80 shower. Unfortunately, triton sent me the wrong part initially. However, they very quickly rectified their mistake by sending the correct part next day delivery, so overall happy with the service. Shower now back in action.

Very easy to find the part required from their website. Ordering was straightforward, as was payment and delivery options. Took a couple of days to receive, which was ok. Packaging was just an unpadded bag, which was odd, given it was a sensor, so presumable sensitive. Surprised it wasn't in a small box.
