Triton Showers has made three key appointments to its board of directors as part of its strategy to strengthen the brand’s senior leadership team and deliver long-term growth plans across the business.

Following 17 years’ continuous service at Triton, Emily Johnson has been appointed to the position of Sales Director - Retail and Export. Emily began her career with the firm after graduating from university, quickly working her way upwards from National Account Manager to Head of Retail and Export Sales.

With over 20 years’ experience specialising in product management and development, Philip Viner becomes Commercial Director following a move from Wolseley UK’s Plumbing and Heating division. Philip’s remit will include driving NPD forward, covering the complete process of bringing new products and ideas to market.

Completing the trio, Stuart Lane has been promoted to Trade Sales Director, having previously worked for the manufacturer for over 20 years, most recently as Head of Trade Sales. In his new role, Stuart will be responsible for developing sales channels and evolving customer relationships.

David Tutton, Managing Director at Triton Showers, said: “I am delighted to welcome Emily, Phil and Stuart to the board. In the months ahead, their combined knowledge will be invaluable as we continue to build on the foundations of 45 years in the British bathroom industry.

“As well as making major contributions toward shaping a sustainable business that is fit for the future, their individual skill-sets will also be hugely beneficial in the areas of product design and accelerating sales-related performance. I wish them all the very best of luck as they each begin another rewarding chapter in their professional lives.”
