The order was taken and acknowledged efficiently online, as you would expect. Based on previous experiences with the delivery company (Evri), I chose to have the product delivered to a Post Office instead of my property. This added 5 days on to the delivery date (don't know why).

Triton dispatched the order very promptly on both occasions. The courier failed to deliver the first one, so Triton reimbursed me promptly so that I could reorder. The courier managed to deliver the second one after a delay of only a couple of days.

Easy to get the part and not to difficult to fit. But I was willing to give it a go. I can only imagine how many people lose a fair bit of money getting a plumber in or getting a new shower and a plumber.

I ordered a couple of components for our shower and found the Triton website to be very straightforward and user friendly. Quickly identified the parts I needed and ordering couldn’t have been any easier. They arrived as stated within the timeframe and it was as easy as that.

The service received from the service team was exceptional exceptional. It took several emails to finally locate the PRD and was finally found using a video call. Everyone was patient and understanding 10/10

It was easy to buy the shower online, but when it arrived I was not impressed with the box, as it was damaged and easlly opened at the bottom, plus it was taped at the top.
I could not call the delivery person back, as the parcel was dropped against my door, they knocked and ran.
All of the parts were there, and it seems to work ok.

The parts store on the website is simple to navigate and easy to order from. Deliver time was as described and part(s) arrived perfectly. The added instruction manual was a brilliant touch, providing a step by step guide to fixing the issue.
Not seen this kind of service with spare parts before, so it was much welcomed.

The carrier damaged the original order and returned it to Triton. I was not informed of this by the carrier. When I phoned Triton to chase delivery, they instantly sent me another on express delivery. 10 out of 10 for Triton, 0 out of 10 for the carrier (again)

Contacted Triton with a model in mind. Staff advised me of another model that they thought would be better for me. They were bang-on. Only quibble is the amount of time spent trying to speak to an advisor.

I had a problem initially as I had paid for a 1 year extension to my guarantee and all details showed only 2 years. I rang the service department and a very helpful lady is sending me hard copies by post which are yet to arrive
